In pursuit of providing a more robust and user-friendly experience for its stakeholders, USPS OIG partners with BLN24. Oversight.Gov launched as a central repository for OIG agency reports, this website has seen plenty of additions over time such as Whistleblower, Open Recommendations, Disaster Recovery, and Investigative Press Releases. To take things even further, not just federal entities are given recognition on this platform; state, local and tribal Oversight offices are also included in it.

Simplifying Complex Data That Impacts Everyday Americans

During 2020, Self-Response Quality Assurance (SRQA) was responsible for assessing and redressing any potentially low-quality responses that had been submitted as part of census proceedings. This process required swiftly reviewing self-responses, then taking steps to ensure any quality issues were addressed.

BLN24 using a variety of data sources including unstructured data, DCMD and DSSD subject matter experts employed quantitative and qualitative content analytics to construct statistical models, test hypotheses, interpret results, provide summaries and visualizations of findings to support SQRA Mission objectives.

USDA

Promoting U.S. Products Through A Comprehensive Communications Strategy

With the goal of creating a standout brand identity, a comprehensive communications strategy for USDA Agricutural Trade office for Japan was formulated. This encompassed research into branding, focus group studies, constructing a social media approach with ad optimization and influencer marketing, as well as revamping their presence overall. The result is GochisoUSA – an engaging platform designed to teach and inform on topics such as sustainability, American culture, recipes and any promotions associated with their 50+ partners.
